Terms and Conditions


TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Linguini Holidays Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to customers (“Client”, “you”, or “Traveller”).

By booking any travel service with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.


2. Booking & Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation

  • A booking shall be confirmed only upon receipt of 50% of the total package cost as advance payment.
     
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
     
  • Linguini Holidays Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any booking if the required advance payment is not received within the specified time.
     

2.2 Balance Payment

  • The remaining 50% of the total package cost must be paid at least 15 days prior to the departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     
  • For bookings made within 15 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
     
  • Failure to make full payment within the due date may result in automatic cancellation and applicable cancellation charges.
     

2.3 Mode of Payment

Payments may be made via:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
     
  • UPI
     
  • Credit/Debit Card
     
  • Any other approved method
     

Applicable GST and transaction charges shall be borne by the Client.


2.4 Pricing

Prices are subject to change due to airfare fluctuations, currency exchange rate variations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier revisions before full payment is received. Any such increase shall be payable by the Client.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellation charges shall apply as follows:

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total package cost
     
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
     
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total package cost
     

Airline tickets, visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and convenience charges are non-refundable.


3.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–30 working days after receipt from suppliers.
     
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
     

4. Cancellation or Modification by Company

Linguini Holidays Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to:

  • Force majeure events
     
  • Government restrictions
     
  • Operational reasons beyond control
     
  • Insufficient participation (for group tours)
     

In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered subject to supplier policies.


5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • The Client is responsible for possessing valid passport, visa, permits, vaccination certificates, and other required documents.
     
  • Passport must generally be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return (for international travel).
     
  • The Company shall not be liable for denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
     

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Linguini Holidays Private Limited shall not be liable for medical emergencies, baggage loss, accidents, or trip interruptions.


7. Liability

  • The Company acts only as an intermediary between Clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour operators, etc.).
     
  • The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, delay, accident, or damage caused by third-party providers.
     
  • Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
     

8. Changes to Itinerary

The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Additional costs arising from Client-requested changes shall be borne by the Client.


9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
     
  • Pandemic or epidemic
     
  • Political unrest
     
  • Government orders
     
  • Airline disruptions
     
  • Strikes
     

No refund shall be provided for unused services unless received from suppliers.


10. Conduct of Traveller

  • Travellers must comply with local laws and regulations.
     
  • Misconduct resulting in damage, disruption, or violation of laws may lead to termination of services without refund.
     
  • The Traveller shall be responsible for any damage caused.
     

11. Complaints & Grievances

Complaints must be reported immediately during the trip to allow resolution.

If unresolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of trip completion to:

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, itineraries, and materials are the exclusive property of Linguini Holidays Private Limited and may not be used without written permission.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or services provided by Linguini Holidays Private Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.


14. Amendments

Linguini Holidays Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall be published on the website and shall become effective immediately upon posting.
